15th October – abstract submission deadline
29th October – notification to authors
5th November – deadline for early bird registration
20th November – deadline for late registration
Cancellations and refunds:
Cancellations received until 1st October 2021: 100% refund, bank charges will be deducted.
Cancellations received between 1st October 2021 and 1st November 2021: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellations received from 2nd November 2021: No refund can be made
Changes can be made at any time before the conference starts, by contacting the congress secretariat by e-mail microbiotec21@organideia.pt.
